ATTENTION ALL BEACH GOERS!!!

Starting this year, Kugenuma Beach will now be opened for ALL surfers. In recent years, a section of Kugenuma beach was closed off & limited to swimmers and body boarders.

Due to recent complaints & petitioning by numerous people, the Annual Summer closed-section of Kugenuma Beach will now be open to use by the general public.

Section 24-351A of the "General Public Land Use Act of Japan", publicly used land cannot and shall not be limited to certain individuals including people with disabilities, participation in cultural/recreational events, but limited to the use of open fires on beaches.

Under Section 24-356B of the "General Public Land Use Act of Japan" open fires are still prohibited on beaches.

かれこれ１８年前のこの付近・・・
貴殿に借りたオレンジのモーレーのボードに
乗ったおいら。

この辺りで、とにかく沖に出れば良い波に乗れると
思い込んでいたおいらは、フィンもなしに
がむしゃらパドリングゥ〜

気がつきゃ波が立たないくらいのアウトサイド！
まわりはジェットスキーに、ウィンド、しまいには漁船まで！
西に流されるのも感じ、焦りングトゥミィーナウ！

その後は胸ポチが擦れてなくなっちゃうぅ〜！
と痛みを堪えながら、今度は
必死のパドリングゥ〜

結局１本の乗れなかったのに加え、
岸に居た連れはあまりに小さくなったオイラの姿が
面白すぎて笑い転げてたとさ。
